Default Weapon Upgrades list (looking for max)

Here im trying to put together weapon upgrades what the max is for each type and what types exist for each weapon ect...

These are all the ones I have collected plus a bit I know about if anyone finds errors ill check ect.. or a new max you know what to do. I by no means believe I have the maxes listed here but I figured this was a start. I dont really care what form you submit it in just text will do for now. If it is abnormal i may want a picture .

Hammer hafts
Ebony Hammer Haft: Earth Damage
Shoking Hammer Haft: Lightning damage
Icy Hammer Haft: Cold Damage
Fiery Hammer Haft: Fire Damage
Furious Hammer Haft: Double Adrenaline on hit (Chance 1-10%)
Cruel Hammer Haft: Lengthens Deep Wound duration on foe
Heavy Hammer Haft: Lengthens Weakness duration on foe
Zealous Hammer Haft: Energy gain on hit 1, Energy regeneration -1
Vampiric Hammer Haft: Life Stealing 1-5, Life Regeneration -1
Sundering Axe Haft: Armor penetration +10%(Chance: 1-10%)

Hammer Grips
Hammer Grip of Warding: Armor +4-7 (vs. elemental attacks)
Hammer Grip of Defense: Armor +4
Hammer Grip of Shelter: Armor +4-7 (vs.physical)
Hammer Grip of Fortitude: Health +20-30
Hammer Grip of Enchanting: Enchantments last 10-20% longer
Hammer Grip of Hammer Mastery: Hammer mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)

Axe hafts
Ebony Axe Haft: Earth Damage

Editk finished it off with the modifier database bgnome gave me many thanks to those guys

Is there really a vampiric axe haft that gives +5 health on hit and -1 regen? I want one! Can I get it with Chaos damage?

aw sweet thats what i was looking for bgnome ill edit mine when i get some time. Giving this to xavz to finish off his printable list of stuff you can unlock.

This list of course is not all the modifiers possible because some are not available through upgrade components look at bgnomes link for more info along those lines.

there's no bow modifiers to add energy?

in piken square you can trade those charr doll things for an ascalon bow that does +5 to energy... but it can't be salvaged :/

yes some things can not be applied they are only found as inherent bonuses.

I saw that there are some Ar+5 (vs both phy and ele) upgrades
especially on those Gold items !

actually i hv kept one Ar+5 Hammer upgrade,
but GWonline page said Ar+4 is the Max.

I was having a conversation in town yesterday and this person was claiming that there's a staff mod that adds +5 to an attribute (strength, blood, etc). I looked on gwonline and told them that I didn't see it as a valid mod.

So, is this person crazy or am I just not as well-informed as they might be.
